How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are requested online. Choose your preferred date and time, estimated number of gifts, wrapping option, and drop-off or concierge service. I'll review your request and send a confirmation. Your appointment is not finalized until it is confirmed.
How is gift wrapping priced?
Each gift is priced individually based on its size and the service you choose. With Wrap Your Way, you provide the wrapping materials and prices start at $10 per gift. With the LIFE Collection, we provide paper, ribbon, and finishing details, so pricing is higher and starts at $15 per gift. Oversized or unusually shaped gifts are priced accordingly.
How should I label my gifts?
Before your appointment, simply place a removable Post it note on each gift with the recipient's name and "From", if desired. I'll transfer that information to a beautiful coordinating gift tag when I wrap it.
Can you wrap oversized or unusually shaped gifts?
Many oversized or unusually shaped gifts can be accommodated. Please include the item details with your appointment request so I can confirm availability and let you know if an additional fee applies.
What is the difference between Wrap Your Way and The LIFE Collection?
With Wrap Your Way, you provide the wrapping paper and accessories you love, and I do the wrapping. With The LIFE Collection, I provide the coordinated wrapping paper, ribbon, gift tag, and finishing touches based on the style you choose.
Are gift boxes included?
Gift boxes are available when needed for a small additional charge. If you provide an appropriate box, there is no additional box fee.
How long does wrapping take?
Wrapping time depends on the number, size, and complexity of your gifts. We'll provide an estimated timeframe when your appointment is booked so you'll know what to expect.
What wrapping options are available?
We offer two signature wrapping options: Wrap Your Way, where you provide the wrapping materials and I do the wrapping, and the LIFE Collection, featuring thoughtfully curated papers, ribbons, and details selected to create a beautifully coordinated presentation.
What is the LIFE Concierge service?
LIFE concierge is our most personalized wrapping experience. You provide the gifts, and we take care of the creative details - from personally selecting the wrapping paper and coordinating ribbons and finishing touches to creating a beautifully cohesive presentation designed especially for your gifts.
Do you only serve a local area?
We currently provide in-person wrapping services locally on Long Island. If you're outside of our service area, please reach out to us - we're always happy to discuss your gifting needs and explore what may be possible.
Can I make changes or cancel my appointment?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
Will my personal information be kept private?
Absolutely. Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you share - including contact details, addresses, gift information, and recipient details - is used only to provide your requested services and is handled with the utmost care and discretion. The Golden Rule applies here: we'll treat your information with the same respect and care we would want for our own.
Do you offer last-minute holiday wrapping?
When our schedule allows, absolutely! We know the holidays can get hectic, and we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Availability may be limited during our busiest times, so reaching out as early as possibleis always recommended.
What if I have more gifts than I originally estimated?
No problem! We understand that gift lists can grow. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate the additional gifts. Depending ont the number of items and our schedule, additional time and charges may apply.
Do you wrap gifts for non-holiday events?
Sure do! Wrapped Together by LIFE is here for all of life's occasions - birthdays, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, showers, anniversaries, graduations, new babies, housewarmings, holidays, and everything worth celebrating in between. If there's a reason to give, there's a reason to make it feel special.
